The PSE index gained 1.6% today so that is the next sector making a comeback after a deep retracement [61.8-78.6]. REC did a little more than 50% in wave 2 which may be an expanded flat and wave 3 up could have started from 122, then wave 3 would equal wave 1 at 207.
