<p>Coal India fell in 3 waves and then closed positive today from exactly the 61.8% retracement level. So this is the ideal level for wave ii to complete, near 132. From the low of 132 wave iii would equal wave i near 152. This would be part of wave 3 overall, where wave 2 also ended at the 61.8% retracement mark.</p>
