Bond prices have been zig-zagging up and down in a series of declines that are making lower highs. Bonds usually decline in a risk-off trade driving up stocks and this looks like one of those scenarios. However, the decline is very small to get worried about interest rates rising. It is a slow decline that simply reflects the shift in asset allocation as of now.
