Risk On Risk Off

When bonds were going up sharply stocks were going down - "Risk off". Now as bonds go flat to down stocks go up, and that is "Risk On". Unless the trend broadly changes or the risk from falling bonds becomes a reason to panic for bond markets, this pattern is favourable to investing.
