Nifty PSU Bank index

The PSU bank index does not appear to have completed an impulse wave up, however, looking at stocks like BOB and PNB hitting the Ban limit sometimes the speed of the move slows down. I will not rule out the possibility that we complete wave 1 and a pull back a bit in wave 2 before wave 3 up unfolds. Thus wave 3 circle subdivides into 5 waves as well.
