Russel 2000

The US Russel 2000, shows small stocks having a decent rally, so I am surprised our own small stocks are sitting quietly. The Russel index is rising in 5 waves of a larger 3rd wave [circle]. This might only be wave 1 of the new move and first resistance is the trendline of the previous two highs at 1670
